ASSIMILATION ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR bei Woodside Bible Church

Woodside Bible Church is seeking an Assimilation Associate Director to help guests and members feel welcomed, connected, and fully engaged in the life of our Troy Campus. This role leads and develops volunteer teams, oversees Sunday guest experience, and manages the processes that guide people from first-time visitor to fully connected member.

The ideal candidate is highly relational, organized, and passionate about helping people take spiritual next steps. This leader will serve as a visible presence on Sundays, coordinate follow-up systems, oversee First Steps and membership pathways, and support baptisms and campus events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3–5 years of ministry or guest services experience

• Proven success leading volunteers

• Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to serving others

• Requires membership and active participation at Woodside’s Troy Campus
