Director Deal Support bei Hotwire Communications

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Director of Deal Support oversees the financial evaluation process for all market development opportunities for the company including residential, commercial and non-standard lines of business.  The Director of Deal support provides real time financial models allowing the company to maximize capital investment into customer acquisition.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive the daily financial evaluation of property specific opportunities providing an accurate depiction of future IRR and ROIC.
2. Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models.
3. Understand and evaluate all drivers into models for validity. Maintain those drivers as business conditions change.
4. Create both individual and portfolio financial return models depending on business needs.
5. Communicate both financial and strategic returns to leadership to be used in decision making
6. Lead and inspire a team of financial analysts
7. Interact and gather input from sales and operating teams
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making.
9. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
• At least 10 years of professional experience including time leading a finance function
• Private company experience preferred
• Expert with Excel and other financial applications
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to build high performance teams that can operate in a high growth environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Industry related experience strongly preferred
