Presbyterian is seeking a Senior Epic Configuration Analyst! This position is responsible for in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic System software. This position conducts regular day-to-day communication, reviews software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations, and works with Epic, Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization's needs.
This position routinely performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic software; is responsible for design, build, testing, and maintain those solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with an interface engine (i.e., Ensemble, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody) and completing build for large projects
- Ability utilize interface HL7 specifications and Epic Implementation guides to plan and scope build for large projects
- Certified in Epic Bridges (or certified within 6 months after hire)
- Proficiency with EPIC software, particularly in clinical interoperability.
- Experience with interface/integration analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience with an interface engine, ensuring efficient data transfer and integration across systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' of IT or business experience.
- 2 years of Epic specific experience. 6 years' of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area
Responsibilities:
- Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
- Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades / updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams.
- Develop and maintain requirements / specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications. Ensure the test scripts have been created, reviewed, and updated to reflect workflow solutions.
- Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support the application design, additions, and changes.
- Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department s policies and procedures.
- Actively participate and contribute in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records.
- Have advanced understanding of your supported application, integration and general understanding of clinical/revenue cycle applications.
- Work independently 100% of the time.
