About the Role
The IT Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day IT needs of the company. This role works with the IT team to manage and improve all Finity’s IT processes, hardware, and software and participates in strategic planning for the future IT needs of a growing company. This role is currently a hybrid of remote and in-person depending on the task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and service improvements, troubleshooting and IT support for Finity employees.
- Address all software and hardware issues related to desktops and computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, hard drives, monitors.
- Coordinate new employee computer setup, including purchase of laptops and accessories, software account setup, providing ongoing assistance to new employees as needed during onboarding.
- Manage security system tools and technology across all device assets and work, ensuring regulatory compliance as needed and monitoring of all operations, infrastructure, network, database and web administration.
- Contribute to client or third-party security auditing as needed, providing subject matter expertise to support business relationship management.
- Coordinate all IT logistics during offboarding for terminated employees.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computers, peripherals, and systems.
- Assess the functionality and efficiency of internal systems and give strategic input on software, hardware, and IT policies for Finity as a whole.
- Facilitate company-wide system and infrastructure upgrades (OS changes; major software releases; new systems integration). Communicate to employees when upgrades are required and assist employees with such tasks as needed.
- Strong and clear documentation on all tasks for reporting and repetition.
- Maintain empathy, patience, and clarity when communicating.
- Special projects and research as assigned.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in professional Information Technology
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Apple skills: MacOS, Genius Bar, Apple Silicon, M3, M4.
- Proficiency in Microsoft skills: MS365, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, Entra, Autopilot and Copilot.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI and ability to administer AI software deployments.
- Detail-oriented with experience in research and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
- Strong security background, such as Security+ certification.
- Additional CompTIA certifications are a plus.
