About the Department

- Vision: To provide access to care to all people in its catchment area (Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Vernon and Winn parishes) who are in need of behavioral (mental health and addiction) and developmental disabilities programs and services.

Position Duties
A master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus five years of experience in a health service, social service or education program; OR
A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus four years of experience in a health service, social service or education program.

Job Duties:
The Regional Director will play a key role in the ongoing management and optimization of CLHSD’s new electronic medical record system, ensuring that data collection supports meaningful analysis and operational decision-making. The incumbent will lead initiatives to centralize and streamline certain aspects of clinic operations to improve access, efficiency, and quality of care across the district. In addition, this role will oversee training and professional development for clinic staff and assist clinic managers with implementing service expansions and program growth.
