The Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for a broad portfolio of projects, programs, and policy initiatives that advance the department's mission and goals. This role serves as a key advisor and liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.


Key responsibilities include conducting research and gathering data from multiple internal and external sources to support decision-making and respond to inquiries. The Project Manager keeps department leadership informed of developments and emerging issues that may influence operational priorities or program outcomes.


The role also develops, monitors, and coordinates strategic initiatives and activities designed to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve processes, and support workforce development. By providing project planning, risk assessment, and performance tracking, the Project Manager ensures continuous progress toward departmental goals and promotes accountability across all stakeholders.


This position requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on project execution. The Project Manager plays a vital role in driving collaboration, innovation, and measurable results that strengthen the department's capacity to fulfill its mission. 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.

Seven (7) years of experience analyzing business problems and coordinating business improvement projects in a large-scale organization; Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and implementing complex, high-profile projects and programs
