Eranovum is a company dedicated to the development and operation of sustainable energy infrastructure in Europe. Since its’ foundation in 2019 it has acquired and developed renewable energy projects in Spain valued at 350M€ with a total installed power of 400MW of clean energy. Today, Eranovum e-mobility, part of Eranovum group, is leading the deployment of EV charging infrastructure with a unique proposal: clean energy to supply the future electric cars.


Eranovum is growing rapidly in all business lines in a market on the verge of an environmental revolution. The company has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Finance Manager looking to join an expanding and dynamic renewable energy company.


We would like this position to support our finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance.

 

Responsibilities and duties:

 

  • Financial Modelling.
  • Review and coordinate Due Diligence process.
  • Lead the project assessment, contract negotiation and coordination of entities in financial closures.
  • Evaluate and study forthcoming solar, wind, storage, and EV charging projects. Assist in the analysis and investments, analyzing the financial assumptions and transferring them into a financial model for profitability calculation.
  • Prepare the presentations for banks and investors, upholding the returns from each project based on the financial models previously developed.
  • Manage the budget process in order to measure the actual financial performance against approved business plans.
  • Economic and tax research within different countries, in order to assess and optimize the different project phases.


Requirements:


  • Business Administration Degree, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Master in Project Finance or Renewable Energies is desirable.
  • Required experience of at least  4 years in similar position or in Investment Bank or Big4. Experience in infraestructure or renewables will be highly valuable. 
  • Experience in modelling
  • Proficient in Spanish and English. 
  • Computer skills: proficient user of spreadsheets, slide presentations, word etc.
