Your role and responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and oversee improvement projects across the group in close cooperation with all sites and departments
- Lead OE Community, setting clear objectives, roles and KPIs
- Support site leaders in developing their continuous improvement capabilities by delivering training, workshops, and coaching to build OE capability across the organization
- Facilitate implementation of OE framework: lean tools and standards, visualization, shop-floor management, problem solving techniques and tools while developing OE toolkit of improvement methodologies and ensure consistent application
- Track OE projects pipeline, OE savings, and relevant metrics such OEE and waste
- Hold relevant leaders accountable for delivering agreed-upon targets
- Maintain KPI dashboard, monitor and report progress, propose and implement appropriate countermeasures
- Act as a liaison between sites to ensure systematic transfer of best practices and standardize processes
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment
Your profile and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Operations or relevant field (master’s preferred)
- Professional certification Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement or process optimization roles in manufacturing environment
- Experience in leading multi-site improvement programs at group level
- Demonstrated track record in delivering measurable operational and financial improvements
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other improvement methodologies, hands-on approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven organizational and project management capability
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Shop-floor affiliation and proximity
- Ability to communicate and lead tasks in a matrix organization and as a coach and networker in an international environment
- Availability to travel
