Job Summary

Support the Billing department by monitoring and releasing orders in accordance with internal criteria established for our clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of "order to invoice" processes through a comprehensive understanding of the process and meeting the demands of internal teams, ensuring the timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio analysis and order release;

  • Identify and develop automations and reports that contribute to the monitoring, analysis, and release of orders;

  • Participate in and lead innovation/automation projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT or Engineering (Computer Science, Programming, etc.);

  • Knowledge of Google tools: Sheets, Google Slides;

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;

  • Basic knowledge of programming;

  • Intermediate English.
