We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Installer to join our Coolum Beach branch. In this role, you’ll take charge of the installation and servicing of industrial doors and shutters, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard. You’ll also play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and mentoring others in best practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and carry out installations and repairs of industrial doors and shutters.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support scheduling, job planning, and communication between site and office.
• Coach and guide other installers in safe, effective work practices.
• Assist with service calls, site inspections, and emergency callouts when required.

YOUR SKILLS

You’re a skilled tradesperson and natural leader who takes pride in doing things safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first attitude.

• Experience in commercial roller door and shutter installations is highly desirable.
• Strong technical ability in installing and servicing industrial or domestic doors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Trade qualification in a relevant field (Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) preferred, but not essential.
• Current Construction White Card and valid Driver’s Licence (MR/HR advantageous).
• Additional tickets such as EWP, Forklift or Working at Heights will be highly regarded.

A pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) is required.
