About the Role

Join Paladin Security, Canada’s leading security services provider, as a Night Mobile Zone Supervisor for the Mississauga Region. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of security guards across multiple sites, ensuring professional service delivery, adherence to protocols, and effective response to incidents after hours.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on security professional who thrives in leadership, demonstrates sound judgment, and can manage multiple sites across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training for site staff.
• Ensure site-specific procedures, standing orders, and patrol requirements are carried out.
• Conduct site visits and monitor performance for assigned teams.
• Investigate incidents, alarms, and complaints, and report findings promptly.
• Motivate team members, recognize achievements, and manage discipline as required.
• Communicate regularly with Site Supervisors and Operations Coordinators regarding site activity.
• Respond to emergency situations and ensure compliance with all Paladin and client standards.

Requirements

Must Have

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid G Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
• Immunization record (per client or site requirements)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• 2–3 years of security experience, ideally in a team lead or supervisory role

Nice to Have

• First Aid & CPR – Level C certification
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) training
• Use of Force certification
• Post-secondary education in Law Enforcement or Security-related program
