You will play a key role in ensuring commercial excellence across LATAM by qualifying, negotiating, and managing supplier and partner agreements for all external purchases and service licenses. What you will do
- Lead strategic sourcing activities for a specific category or regional scope.
- Qualify suppliers, lead contract negotiations, and implement strategies to maximize value creation.
- Drive risk management, climate action, and cost-reduction initiatives aligned with Ericsson’s sustainability and profitability goals.
- Act as the main sourcing contact for business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
- Promote a strong health, safety, and well-being culture, supporting Ericsson’s commitment to achieving Target Zero.
What you will bring
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, ideally within a multinational or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships across functions and regions.
