Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, in video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of engaged landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to tenaciously promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of decision makers.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence and collaborate effectively across organizations, and drive mutual business success for both the customer and Google.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and problem-solving skills to align overarching strategies and deliver excellent customer business outcomes.

As an Account Executive Ad Sales, you will practice and embody The Google Way of Selling in both internal and customer settings. You will use comprehensive knowledge of the client's business, the advertising industry, and vertical to identify and enable long-term opportunities for one or more customers by driving joint business plan development, account-level strategy, and annual activation plans and developing new customer relationships and new business streams. You will be a key contributor in delivering work including business strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing.

- Manage customer relationships, as the point of contact for joint business plan development, business strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing.
- Manage opportunities and pitches, and drive activation plans separately.
- Contribute to scoping of customer strategy, managing priorities related to account planning and multi-quarter pipeline.
- Develop customer strategy with multiple approaches, leveraging data on client performance against goal, enabling long-term opportunities.
- Identify and recommend new processes, procedures, and methods for business strategy development and opportunity sizing with foresight to anticipate and address future needs.
