About the role
As a Reliability Engineer & PPM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in implementing a multi-year Reliability Improvement Plan and optimizing equipment maintenance strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs, conduct risk analyses, and implement asset strategies to improve equipment reliability and availability. Your work will directly impact plant performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

 

About you
You bring a strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance systems, with a passion for driving operational excellence. You’re analytical, proactive, and skilled at translating technical insights into practical improvements.

 

You will also bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electrical and/or Automation.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or asset management
  • Strong knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), FMEA or Weibull, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems (MMS)
  • Ability to analyze production loss and cost data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience with equipment condition monitoring and reliability tools (e.g., Weibull analysis)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and engineering
  • Ability to manage and optimize spare parts inventory and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training capabilities
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
