We are seeking to appoint a talented and energetic person to join our Asphalt & Products team on a six-month parental leave contract for a Project Engineer/Coordinator role based out of Teralba, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
Lead project coordination, resource prioritisation, and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
Support pricing, tendering, and business development.
Foster strong customer relationships.
Promote and lead a Zero Harm culture across all project activities.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering preferred.
Previous experience in project or business operations management with exposure to the civil or road sectors (highly advantageous).
Experience in tender preparation, contract negotiation and team leadership.
Sound technical knowledge and ability to manage time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
Strategic thinking, attention to detail and a collaborative leadership style.
An aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of computer processes and experience using the Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
