Revere Plastics is seeking a skilled and driven Process Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our commitment to quality excellence. You will proactively identify and address potential non-conformities to ensure our ZERO Defects standard is upheld, while continuously driving process improvements. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing customer satisfaction and supporting our culture of continuous improvement.

· Monitor plant processes and make detailed recommendation on how to optimize the manufacturing process.

· Administer and enforce all company goals, plans, objectives, policies, and procedures.

· Own the process for all manufacturing molding and associated operations.

· Support the Project Engineers in meeting samples required for new product releases and / or process evaluations.

· Must respond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.

· Update and improve existing machine technology.

· Assist Manufacturing in the launch of new programs.

· Define specifications for new or improved equipment. Participate in equipment design in coordination with designers, vendors, and other engineers.

· Must assist in reducing external PPM.

· Must assist in training Process Techs and Operators when required.

· Perform other duties, as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 5+ years’ related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


· Three to five years’ experience in troubleshooting injection molding equipment preferred

· Must have good knowledge regarding the design of injection molds and related equipment

· Strong Team Player with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
