This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.
All About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the growth of Electrolux’s aftermarket business, with a focus on B2B retail and distribution channels. You’ll serve as a customer advocate and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems creatively. Success in this position depends on being adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute customer orders and requests accurately and on time
Analyze performance data to identify root causes and lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce compliance penalties
Maintain accurate customer data in ERP systems to support seamless order fulfillment
Manage operational and analytical processes for assigned customer teams
Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to oversee credit lines, past dues, and credit holds
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, IT, Legal) to support business goals
Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track customer performance
