Job Description:
The Global Workforce Solutions Manager is a strategic enabler of workforce planning execution, responsible for translating firmwide workforce strategy into scalable, repeatable operations that deliver measurable business impact. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Leader, this role connects strategy to execution—leading the implementation of high-visibility initiatives such as the Personal Work Plan (PWP) process, cross-staffing optimization, merger workforce integration, and the enablement of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. Through disciplined governance, cross-functional collaboration, and process excellence, the Manager ensures that workforce initiatives are executed consistently, data remains reliable, and leadership decisions are supported by timely and accurate insights.
This position functions as the functional architect of global workforce strategy, partnering directly with team members across Finance, Talent Attraction, and Resource Management. The role holds both strategic and executional responsibility, owning how workforce processes operate, how decisions are governed, and how workforce planning becomes embedded in the firm’s business rhythm. It’s a rare opportunity to influence the firm’s operating model, gain cross-enterprise visibility, and shape how a global professional services organization delivers on its workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Transformation Delivery: Lead execution of enterprise workforce programs and transformation initiatives, including the Hiring Strategy Initiative, Personal Work Plan (PWP) process, Cross-Staffing Optimization, Workday Adaptive Planning enablement, Intern Experience and Conversion Program, and M&A Workforce Integration efforts.
- Operationalize Planning Cycles: Manage annual, seasonal, and long-term workforce planning cycles by consolidating inputs, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met across teams.
- Governance & Documentation: Maintain decision logs, action trackers, and governance materials that support quarterly and annual workforce planning reviews.
- Data & Process Integrity: Oversee coordinator activities to ensure accurate data uploads, reconciliations, and reporting consistency across planning systems and templates.
- Project Coordination: Translate strategic direction from the Workforce Planning Leader into clear project plans, workflows, and accountability matrices for each initiative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Resource Management, Talent Attraction, and Enterprise Technology to align data, processes, and communications for workforce planning and transformation programs.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare progress updates, implementation dashboards, and summary reports for senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews of workforce initiatives to identify lessons learned and recommend process enhancements.

- Proficiency with planning or analytics tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to convert strategic goals into structured, measurable operational plans.
