The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a FP&A Manager - Financial Systems. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, supporting FP&A initiatives and enhancing system performance. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with finance strategy including modeling, forecasting, and budgeting coupled with a strong grasp of EPM applications.
Responsibilities:Hyperion Planning Administration
Own and manage the Hyperion Planning environment, including system maintenance, data integrity, and user training.
Guide strategic direction and oversee ongoing administration of Hyperion Planning and related EPM systems.
Data Management & Reporting
Develop and maintain source files and processes for efficient, accurate data collection and reporting.
Prepare quarterly financial reports to support the earnings release process.
FP&A Support & Strategic Analysis
Contribute to FP&A system improvement projects and process enhancements.
Conduct financial and strategic analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide performance insights.
Business Intelligence & Benchmarking
Gain deep understanding of segment operations and business drivers to identify improvement opportunities.
Perform competitor analysis and external benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate on ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis across Segment and Resource Units.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience Required:
- 4+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting or other quantitative roles
- 4+ years experience analyzing financial statements
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel
- Experience with Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle EMP applications preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborate team mindset
