Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Manager bei Mars

The Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Manager is responsible for the flow of goods from factories to customer shipping. Service (Customer Service Level), optimal LCC's (Logistics Conversion Costs), and Adherence to Recommended Shipments (ATR) are the key performance indicators owned by this role. This role also plays a part in the distribution strategy of the Mars Petcare network. Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Supply, Transportation, and Finance are critical partners to be effective. 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred

• 5 + years of experience in supply chain, planning distribution, or transportation experience required; consumer packaged goods industry preferred. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Drive supply chain efficiency & cost optimization with network-wide initiatives to reduce non-optimal logistics spend and increase annual savings through data-driven analytics and disciplines accountability tracking of your team

• Elevate service performance & risk mitigation by coordinating product flow through the manufacturing and distribution network to meet customer demand 

• Lead process excellence & support digital tool Implementation in partnership with the Center of Excellence(COE)

• Measure site performance of adherence to shipment strategy and direct action plan for site capacity challenges

• Collaborate with Planning COE, Transportation, Customer Supply, and Logistics teams to drive shared goals and cohesive action plans

• Use data-driven storytelling to align internal and external stakeholders on network priorities, influencing outcomes across multiple levels and functions.
