Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $46.00/hour
• Location: Kermit, TX
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+
• Work Schedule: 9/80, Full Time, OT as needed

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, with a focus on powerline infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other personnel to plan, execute, and improve electrical operations
• Ensure all electrical systems meet safety standards, codes, and company requirements
• Diagnose electrical issues, implement corrective actions, and document work performed
• Support project and maintenance activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Follow strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and other OSHA and company-mandated requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an electrical specialist or in a related field, preferably with powerline work
• Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• High School or GED required
