Key ResponsibilitiesOversee compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.Implement and monitor the PATROM system for TEMUSA, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.Track, monitor, and analyze OBC and camera data for non-dedicated vehicles.Maintain close communication with transporters, logistics, operations, and administrative teams.Support SMT audits and participate in ICT transporter compliance inspections.Lead the RFQ process, transporter selection, and ensure HSE (PATROM) requirements are met.Develop and execute annual safety tour and inspection plans.Conduct monthly reviews of transportation operations to evaluate performance and compliance.Assess and monitor transportation risks, and ensure SAFE TO LOAD & SAFE TO DISPATCH protocols.Analyze incidents, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.Verify driver training and implement driver recognition programs.Facilitate safety training sessions and participate in emergency drills.Manage databases, analyze near-miss events, and develop action plans from audits and inspections.Ensure compliance with company HSE rules and promote a strong safety culture.
