Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Control Associate to join the team! The Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting manufactured and received products with respect to checklists and Quality processes.
The shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in Quality Control in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment and understanding of quality processes
- Meticulous attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal modes of communication; document findings and processes thoroughly
- Positive attitude with a ready to learn and help develop new processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to utilize the MS Office suite as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools.
- Perform Supplier Quality and AQL inspections as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.
- Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution.
- Evaluate production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Support manufacturing floor including, batch record review, visual inspection of equipment, logbook/document review, work order review, spec sheets, etc.
- Perform investigations on Quality issues and customer complaints to determine root cause and corrective actions.
Physical Requirements:
- This role requires the incumbent to stand and walk throughout the facility for the majority of each 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as necessary

Incentive Plan:
- Attendance- Employee must have worked 85% (148 hours) of the working days in a given month for the home department earning the incentive.
- Productivity- Must have efficiency more than 85% minimum for the month.
- Violations- If an employee receives a write up due to a policy violation or quality issue, they will not be eligible for the incentive for that month.
- Employment- Must be a full time Hilco employee for more than 30 days. The employee must be actively employed on the date of the incentive payout to receive it.
