The Strategy Execution Director, Business Solutions is responsible for driving execution, identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring strategic priorities are met. This role acts as a force multiplier, optimizing operations, improving cross-functional coordination, and taking initiative to solve challenges before they arise. The Strategy Execution Director plays a key role in shaping the future of the consumer finance business, ensuring scalable growth, operational excellence, and a competitive market position.

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 annually
