The Opportunity

As an Associate on Petra’s Fund Data Operations team, you will support private market clients by gathering and validating NAV and capital data, performing reconciliations, and producing reports that help ensure the accuracy and transparency of fund information. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, analytical operations professional who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Collect NAV packages from fund administrators and centralize data across teams
  • Aggregate NAV and capital data from public filings, client portals, and capital statements
  • Compare and validate NAVs across funds to determine ownership percentages
  • Reconcile NAVs and capital balances; identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with finance, compliance, and deal teams
  • Prepare ownership tables, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting

 

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or financial operations
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and reconciliations
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through
  • Effective communicator who can coordinate across functions and meet deadlines
  • Motivated team player with a willingness to learn and grow

 

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
