POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· COMMUNICATION: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.

· EQUIPMENT: Any necessary equipment to complete duties.

· EXPERIENCE: None required.

· MINIMUM AGE: 18 years of age.

· REASON ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form or when helping resolve a team member or guest concern.

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment· Perform major and minor preventive maintenance· Ensure available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts; and developing relationships with suppliers and contractors.· Previous experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance· Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.· Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
