Position Summary

The Commercial HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and commissioning a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and rooftop units (RTUs). The ideal candidate has at least seven years of hands-on installation experience, demonstrates strong technical knowledge, and takes pride in delivering quality results on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and start up commercial boilers, chillers, RTUs, and related mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Ensure installations are completed according to manufacturer guidelines, local codes, and company standards.
• Perform system testing, adjustments, and verification for proper operation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other field technicians to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Proven expertise with boilers, chillers, and rooftop units (RTUs).
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing – required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, move, and install heavy equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
