Responsibilities:
In this role you will join a talented team of collaborative Human Resources professionals that are dedicated to improving the employee experience at Sargent & Lundy.
Responsibilities will likely include, but not be limited to the following:
- Conduct in-depth searches to surface qualified candidates; build and nurture talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidate profiles and pipelines
- Identify and engage passive candidates to build interest, facilitate a project-team phone screen to validate mutual fit, and hand off key details to the recruiter for formal interview scheduling
- Lead weekly candidate review meetings with key stakeholders across multiple business groups
- Stay up to date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment processes
This position offers a hybrid schedule with the expectation of three days per week in the office, and the remainder remote / virtual.
Qualifications:We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum four years of experience with conducting passive candidate search as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist
- Proven ability to source top candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, complemented by advanced ATS and resume database search skills leveraging Boolean logic
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong customer service focus, with bias for action and desire to achieve excellence
- Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions using qualitative and quantitative data
- Passion for process improvement
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
Valued but not required skills and experience:
- Experience at a consulting, professional services, or architecture/engineering firm
- Experience working with iCIMS
- Collaborative experience sourcing diverse roles across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with leadership
