We are currently hiring carpenters for upcoming commercial project in Memphis, TN. Pay is up to $32 per hour based on experience and skillset. Working 40 hours/week. This position could be long term for correct candidate. Must be experienced with blocking.
Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Must have experience with blocking.
- Install flooring, windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, and more.
- Ability to do trim work
- Ability to hang drywall
- Install of floors, roofs, and walls
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to design your own layout is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow OSHA safety regulations
Carpenter Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a carpenter
- OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not required
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Must have your own tools
- Your own reliable transportation
