- Build and maintain a content strategy and calendar that drives results, working closely with brand, growth, sales, product, and customer teams.
- Generate fresh content ideas from customer insights, market trends, SEO research, competitive intel, and product knowledge.
- Get to know our customers, their challenges, and what makes them tick through research and cross-team collaboration.
- Partner with Sales to create messaging, email campaigns, call scripts, presentations, and other tools that build buzz and drive revenue.
- Translate data and product info into clear, actionable content for internal and external audiences.
- Support Customer Success and Product teams with content that educates, informs, and highlights PlayMetrics’ value.
- Produce high-quality content across formats: blog posts, ebooks, customer stories, videos, sales collateral, emails, and more.
- Build and manage a reliable bench of outsourced content talent (freelancers and contractors), ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee the content calendar, audit existing content, find gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Report on content performance, results, and effectiveness to the Director of Brand, with recommendations on adjusting strategy and deliverables.
- 5-7+ years of experience in content marketing or a closely related role.
- B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a growth-focused environment.
- Exceptional storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to engage C-level customer contacts and internal stakeholders alike.
- Strong sales enablement experience creating messaging, campaigns, call scripts, and collateral that deliver results.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and with customers.
- Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Adaptable, creative, and flexible in a constantly changing marketing landscape.
- Energetic and personable – with just the right touch of wit and humor.
- Will be at least 18 years of age
- Will have a minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Can read, write, and fluently speak and understand English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are confident using technology and navigating technology applications
- Will be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer in the US.
