Service/Operation Engineer

Working location: Bellevue, 3 days onsite at Bellevue office – non MS project

Pay: $22-25/h

Job Description:

You’ll Do

• Manage and resolve support tickets (Zendesk, sometimes Jira)
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple domains (orders, inventory, inbound/outbound)
• Document solutions and build a knowledge base
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to speed up problem-solving
• Build simple dashboards/metrics; write lightweight scripts (Python, Shell)
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and account management

You Have

• BS in CS/Engineering/IT (or equivalent experience)
• Some exposure to technical support or DevOps
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Basic scripting or coding experience
• Quick learner, adaptable to complex logistics processes
