The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and EOS’s business goals.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
- Represent EOS at industry events and client meetings as a senior ambassador of the brand.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior account management or client leadership role, ideally within a global or matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients.
