Summary
Responsible for providing logistical support to departmental leadership including (but not limited to) maintaining MTL data in Everi, assisting with tournaments/promotions, and maintaining pit inventory and supplies.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Accurately enter information into Everi to ensure proper MTL compliance.
- Coordinate all aspects of weekly Table Games tournaments, including registration, entry fees, cash receipts, and table assignments.
- Provide assistance with weekly Table Games promotions, including overhead announcements, winner selection, prize distribution, and the maintenance of records.
- Maintain inventory of departmental supplies in all Table Games areas and notify leadership when items need to be reordered.
- Verify playing card inventory of all pits at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Issue playing cards to supervisors for use on games, including recording table number and date on all card boxes.
- Collect all used playing cards, making sure they accounted for and stored in correct locations.
- Maintain knowledge of all special events and promotional activities, and provide this information to casino guests upon request.
- Help to ensure the safety of all casino guests and employees.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.
Education / Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age, or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
Certificates, licenses and registration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
- Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
