About the Role
JPMS Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate Lvl-3 with experience receiving, inventory order fulfillment, and equipment operation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ability to serve as a process Lead for a small team of 2-6 warehouse associates ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing overall warehouse efficiency by coordinating tasks, training new employees, and monitoring productivity to meet organizational goals. All while working alongside the team in various operational processes.
- Use Radio Frequency Scan gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves at the warehouse.
- Receiving: Unloading trucks, receiving, and inbound audits.
- Put away: Move pallets of product to storage locations.
- Replenishment/Transport: Transport pallets of product to new locations within warehouse
- Inventory: Counting and confirming inventory, conducting inventory audits, and reporting discrepancies.
- Order fulfillment: Case Picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including e-commerce.
- Shipping: Load outbound products on to delivery vehicles. Ensure proper placement and securing items inside delivery vehicles. Create and attach necessary shipping documents to packages, including labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Outbound Audit: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping.
- Equipment operation: Safely operating turret truck, reach truck, Standup forklifts, walkie riders, electric pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse machinery.
- View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or another database.
- Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and performing general cleanup and organization. Sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, wiping down forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Health and safety: Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform Rework function as required.
Requirements

- 3+ years warehouse experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting and Carrying: The ability to lift and carry objects of varying weights, often up to 50 pounds or more, is a core requirement.
- Standing/Walking: Frequently walking throughout large facilities or warehouse floor, standing and walking for 8-12 hours per shift.
- Climbing: Ability to climb ladders or step stools.
- Bending, Stooping and Reaching: Regularly bend, kneel, crouch or reach overhead to access products or materials.
- Visual and Auditory: The ability to hear warming signals, radio communications, or alarms, also good vision (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, tags and instructions.
- Manual Dexterity: The ability to handle and manipulate small items, operate equipment, and perform precise movements is also required.
- Environmental Factors: The ability to work in hot/cold conditions and exposure to noise, dust or fumes.
- Endurance and repetitive motion: Warehouse work requires overall physical strength and the ability to sustain energy throughout the workday.
- Adhering to Safety Guidelines: Following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment are essential.
