We are seeking an elite Christian leader of young men and women to elevate the status of SMA Bear Athletics. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment and the capabilities to mentor, disciple, and develop young student-athletes on and off the fields and courts. This is a full-time position.  

Position Details

• Administrative and Coaching Responsibilities, directing a full-scale athletic program
• Lead all aspects of the Middle and Upper School Football programs
• Must be willing to drive (transport players) to and from away games
• Model and mentor Student athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship

Requirements

 Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications: 

• A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping athletes' lives
• Experience in football and athletics, and management of such programs
• A positive role model who teaches teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sports Management
• An effective communicator for all stakeholders with strong public relations, organizational, and interpersonal skills
