Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer payments for Sales, Service, and Parts transactions (cash, check, or card) and record in CDK.
• Prepare and deliver daily bank deposits
• Greet customers when they walk into the dealership
• Stock in new vehicles, account for hold-back and inventory cost in CDK, and create stickers for deal bags and car keys
• Maintain and organize deal paperwork, receipts, and filing systems.
• Answer and route phone calls, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Support office operations including stocking supplies, updating internal materials, and assisting with month-end and year-end filing.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial transactions and documentation.

• Previous dealership experience
• Experience as an automotive cashier, accounting support clerk, or office assistant role
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Automotive Cashier: $16 - $17.50/hour
