Major/Essential Functions
- Works with Managing Director, Financial Manager, and Clinical Department Administrator to prepare reports and financial analyses.
- Serve as Fund Manager for the Transmountain Campus Assist School of Medicine (SOM) team with assigned tasks and projects.
- Monitor fund balances and assist in managing expenditures and budgets. Manage residency grants accounts, including submission of reports to contracting.
- Prepare monthly contract billing, analysis, and audit preparation. Submission of employee one-time payments, and wRVU incentives schedules and reporting. Prepares annual budget.
- Manage organizational inventory.
- Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.
- Collaborate with hospital partner to submit all required documentation for relocation agreements.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.).
- Personally demonstrate, display and act in accordance with TTUHSC EP's Values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Serve as a Value's leader while actively promoting and encouraging staff across the institution.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master preferred in a business related field. Experienced in grant or contract management.
- Ability to learn complex financial information systems.
- Experience in Fund Accounting, SunGard Banner and/or COGNOS.
- Extensive accounting experience and understanding of financial reporting and concepts.
