The Supply Chain Manager at MRP plays a key role in ensuring our materials, products, and partnerships move smoothly through every stage of the process. You’ll oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and vendor management to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability as MRP continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement to delivery of parts new devices from distributors, and used devices. This includes actively sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing items.
  • Oversee entire RMA and outside repair process for all products.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance. Source new vendors as required.
  • Develop inventory and materials management strategies and framework that balance cost and availability. Actively manage and monitor stock outs, purchase requisitions, fill rates, and inventory turns.
  • Partner cross functionally with Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, and Biomedical Repair teams to ensure alignment, adherence to processes, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Analyze demand data and consumption rates to forecast and coordinate stock purchases daily, monthly, and quarterly. Design and streamline processes.
  • Actively “spot source” parts or items needed for repair or service operations.
  • Manage indirect purchasing process – from requisition to PO creation to fulfillment.
  • Identify risks, waste, and areas of improvement in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements to strengthen reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in biotech, life sciences, or manufacturing.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in supply chain software.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, ISO, or other regulated industry standards is a plus.
