The role
We’re looking for a Senior Influencers Manager to lead Numan’s social media influencer strategy. You will focus on building and managing highly engaged creator networks that drive brand awareness, category growth, and customer engagement.
In collaboration with Brand and Creative teams, you will design and execute full-funnel, data-driven campaigns that combine creative vision, analytical rigour, and commercial insight. You will play a pivotal role in how Numan engages, grows, and inspires customers through meaningful social media conversations.

You’ll be:
Building and executing a data-driven influencer strategy that balances performance goals with brand-building objectives.
Leading end-to-end influencer campaigns, from creator sourcing and contracting to execution and optimisation.
Building and managing a high-performing network of creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Podcasts.
Owning the influencer channel P&L, managing a seven-figure budget aligned with growth and ROI targets.
Designing and negotiating diverse influencer payout models, including CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and flat-fee structures.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive testing roadmap and delivering performance insights to management.
Collaborating closely with Brand and Data Analytics teams to execute impactful awareness and consideration campaigns, ensuring robust measurement frameworks are in place.
Partnering with Growth and Creative teams to amplify top-performing creator content across multiple paid channels.
Ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and full compliance across all influencer content.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Extensive experience in Influencer Marketing within large D2C brands with substantial influencer programs and social media presence.
Proven ability to develop full-funnel influencer strategies aligned with diverse business goals (e.g., acquisition, brand awareness, category awareness, consideration).
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the UK influencer landscape, including emerging creators.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets or full P&L ownership, making data-led, ROI-driven decisions.
Ability to source, guide, and manage agencies and creators to deliver authentic, on-brand, and compliant content.
Strong expertise in crafting impactful creative briefs and providing feedback to elevate content quality across performance and brand campaigns.
Proven experience sourcing and delivering influencer content optimised for paid media, from UGC and dark posting to large-scale amplification campaigns.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment when evaluating influencer portfolios and structuring deals.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges and driving performance.
Process-oriented approach with experience building scalable systems for recurring tasks (e.g., onboarding, reporting, payments) and fostering cross-team collaboration.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimise processes, enhance creative output, and drive innovation.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., custom automation stacks).
Strong understanding of brand storytelling and ability to align influencer campaigns with brand identity and tone.
Good understanding of influencer marketing channels and social media platforms.
