MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by overseeing complex projects that support mission-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, on-time delivery, and effective team coordination. You will be instrumental in driving program success and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact technical and operational outcomesDefining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business and mission objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDeveloping full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesManaging project budgets, monitoring performance, and providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholdersCoordinating with government sponsors and internal departments to ensure contract compliance and satisfactionIdentifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budgetMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field OR High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree9+ years of project or program management experience, including managing large-scale federal contracts4+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programsProven experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project, Jira)Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentExperience with large DoW or federal government projectsKnowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or logistics environmentsClearance Requirements:Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
