Build Something Bigger — And Change Lives, Including Your Own. In 1935, Louise Whitbeck Fraser opened a school in her home for people with disabilities — defying social expectations and choosing compassion over convention. She believed everyone deserves the chance to reach their potential and thrive. Today, that same bold spirit is alive in every Fraser service. We’re still building something bigger — a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs. At Fraser, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find purpose. You’ll find growth. And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own.

As part of Fraser’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) care team, the Psychiatric Provider (PMHNP) works collaboratively with clients and families to integrate psychiatric medications into a comprehensive, whole-person-centered treatment plan that reflects each individual’s strengths and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Whole-Person Client Care
Deliver high-quality whole-person psychiatric services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, crisis intervention, lab and procedure orders, referrals for additional services and supports, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy for clients and families as needed.
  • Support Crisis Management
Evaluate clients in crisis, develop safety plans, and determine the need for hospitalization or referral to a higher level of care.
  • Coordinate Psychiatric Services
Collaborate with the psychiatry clinic team and other Fraser professionals to ensure integrated, team-based care.
  • Maintain Accurate Clinical Documentation
Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in alignment with organizational policies and standards. Ensure proper application of Evaluation and Management (E/M) codes to support accurate billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate and Consult Across Teams
Partner with internal teams and external providers as needed; offer consultation and support to staff and families to enhance client outcomes.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives
Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols, policies, and standards of psychiatric care.
  • Foster Trusting Client Relationships
Build rapport with clients and families to promote engagement, trust, and continuity of care.
  • Drive Innovation and Embrace Change
Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advance CCBHC Goals
Contribute to Fraser’s commitment to CCBHC goals of improving access, integrating physical and behavioral health, and supporting underserved populations through innovative, data-driven practices.
