The Administrator is the designated leader of operations of the facility and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The Administrator is responsible for managing and directing the forecasting, planning, organization, staffing, quality control, innovation, marketing and oversight of the clinical care of all facility operations. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the quality of care provided to residents of the facility meets the requirements and goals outlined by the organization, residents, and family members in accordance with Company policy and procedure as well as state and federal requirements.
