H2O is currently seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead operations at our 24/7 activated sludge wastewater treatment facility in the Richmond, VA area. This critical role oversees a dedicated team of 5 employees and ensures excellence in both plant operations and laboratory analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-scope plant operations and on-site lab functions.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
- Develop and manage annual operating budget.
- Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimalization.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License.
- Proven experience managing activated sludge systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Budget development and financial oversight experience.
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
