Location:

This is an onsite role available in 5 locations across the US. Residency near Pittsburgh, PA, Nazareth, PA, Suwanee, GA, Florence, KY or Dallas, TX. Relocation assistance is not provided.

A day in the Life:

  • Conduct transportation classifications for product sales, maintaining adherence to DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
  • Support ongoing sales and regulatory operations through various projects.
  • Manage benchmarks for Dangerous Goods 5800 and Frustrated Shipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to prevent frustrated shipments.
  • Deliver and develop Dangerous Goods Training sessions.
  • Stay updated on hazardous material regulations and adjust company policies accordingly.
  • Conduct comprehensive regulatory audits.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for excelling in this position.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hazardous material compliance and transportation.
  • Proficiency in DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing compliance policies and project management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software.
  • Diligent, with excellent interpersonal skills.
