Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 2PM to 12 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

The Test Technician IV will be responsible for performing routine and varied tasks to ensure that production standards are met. Sets up, calibrates, tests and troubleshoots assemblies. The projects may range from simple to complex and will support engineers on a variety of quality and technical tasks.
The Test Tech will set up test apparatus and will conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for Sustainment equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts or components as directed by Engineering. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Required Skills and Education
- Test electronic and electro-mechanical units using standard and RF test equipment. Analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment
- Follows complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine standard tests.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze failures using electronic test equipment and software. Diagnoses minor deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary.
- Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
- Prior test experience.
- Prior DoD/Aerospace Testing Experience.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive toward departmental and company goals.
- Experience in using Excel.
