SAIC is seeking an Associate Engineer to assist with tasking related to the design, manufacture and sustainment of US Navy Aircraft Equipment, related systems, and other military systems in support of its Indianapolis facility.
The Associate Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Design, development, modification, evaluation and test of a variety of electronic equipment and electrical systems.
Use and apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to design circuits, layout circuit cards, analyze electronic systems, and troubleshoot electronic and electrical constructs.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using engineering tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
