Role Description

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:  Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.  Coach teams on Agile principles and help remove impediments to progress.  Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize data-related user stories.  Coordinate release management and ensure alignment across squads and product areas.  Support data engineering squads in building scalable data pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting systems tailored for wealth management platforms.  Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, data engineers, analysts, and DevOps.  Create, manage and/or monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and progress.  Update weekly status, risk, mitigation plan to key stakeholders

Technical Skills

Qualifications:  Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).  Expertise in Agile frameworks, tools (e.g. Jira) and KPI creation  Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.  Experience in financial services, especially wealth management or fintech.  Familiarity with data engineering tools (e.g., AWS, Kafka, Snowflake).
