What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking for a Data Analyst - Level 2 to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, supporting the IFG Sustainment Program. In this role, you won’t just manage data—you’ll transform it into mission-critical insights that directly impact aircraft readiness and supply chain performance. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, scoping data needs and turning them into smart, scalable solutions.
You’ll play a vital role in aligning fleet performance metrics with customer requirements by creating clear, reliable, and actionable data products and models. Your work will ensure that data-driven decisions lead to efficient, accurate spares buys, repairs, and long-term sustainment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain front end and backend solutions to support spares and repair data visibility to the end user to support sustainment requirements for several F-16 programs
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align data initiatives with performance goals.
- Deliver both repeatable and ad-hoc reports, offering insights that drive tangible results.
- Champion visualization efforts to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Analyze data and apply logic to develop supply chain models that drive informed, strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications
• Previous experience with Microsoft Access (i.e. Forms and VBA)
• Previous experience with problem-solving and/or troubleshooting/resolving complex technical issues.
Desired skills
• Experience with Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server (Relational database principles, SQL, SQLScript, PL/SQL, Transact-SQL in support of Procedures, Functions, and Views)
• Background in creating data solutions for Data Analytic products and services at scale and speed
• Experience working with internal and external customers to develop and improve program deliverables, processes, and solutions that solve customer needs
• Experience in coordinating changes to existing data products with minimal disruption to end-user
• Background/working knowledge in multiple languages such as Python, Microsoft (VBA), SQL, or others and their various applications and use cases
• Relational database principles and SQL experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating tables and views in SAP/HANA or Oracle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
