Job Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of a large-scale and complex program and corresponding projects. Leads and implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Oversees communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other team members.The Cardiac Imaging Core Lab (CICL) is an academic research organization located within the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard-affiliated hospital. The CICL provides echocardiography (echo) core laboratory services for primarily large-scale global clinical trials responsible for site interface and analysis of echo images received. There are approximately 40 staff supporting 40+ clinical trials ongoing at any given time with a typical monthly volume of 1000 – 1500 echos.
Reporting to CICL leadership, this position provides strategic, operational and administrative support to advance the lab’s missing and technical directives. This position supports the execution and coordination of multi-center clinical research trials involving cardiac imaging by ensuring clear communication, structured documentation, and operational continuity across CICL teams.
This position collaborates closely with CICL leadership including the Operations Director, Technical Director, Faculty Directors, Business Director, Compliance Director, Data managers and IT Manager. This role serves as a key link between technical, operational, and administrative domains to promote cross-functional efficiency and ensure alignment with institutional and sponsor standards.
Qualifications
Designs, implements, and manages all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects.
Prepares, analyzes, and manages all program budgets, including funding from multiple sources.
Leads program and project teams and coordinates and delegates cross-project initiatives.
Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs.
Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
