- Lead, inspire, and drive the performance of your sales team to increase sales and deepen relationships within Conair’s Beauty business at Target.
- Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to surpass targets.
- Own all aspects of Account Management within your categories, while managing and developing your sales team and collaborating with internal teams on strategy.
- Build and nurture lasting partnerships with Target to grow loyalty and expand our footprint.
- Set and track ambitious weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Provide in-depth, actionable sales reports that guide future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Target to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, while developing long term product growth goals with marketing teams.
- Evaluate costs, competition, and market trends to set strategic, competitive pricing.
- Drive growth through innovative and strategic account-level plans.
- Accurately forecast sales volumes and profitability for both current and new products.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience selling to Target and 5+ years managing teams.
- A deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to execute and deliver results consistently.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN area.
- Strong knowledge and use of Target POL system for sales tracking and financials.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (15-25% if needed).
- We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 75% of time.
